What you can wash:

- Place your washed clothes in the selected dryer. You can use the available Laundromat baskets to move your laundry from the washers to the dryers.
- Select your desired drying program.
- At the payment terminal, select your dryer and pay for the service. If you are a regular customer, use your Laundromat loyalty card.
- The drying cycle starts from 15 minutes.
- When the drying program finishes, empty the dryer, checking carefully and making sure nothing is left inside.
- Sort your clothes before washing. Wash whites separately from colored and dark items.
- Before washing, check if any items are left in your pockets.
- It is always a good idea to zip up zippers on the clothes you are washing.
- We recommend turning some clothes inside out for a gentler wash.
- Choose the lowest possible washing temperature so your clothes last as long as possible.
- For delicate or very small items, like children’s socks, we recommend a special laundry bag.

HOW IT WORKS
Before starting your wash, please read the steps and recommendations below.
- Choose the washing machine size you need for your laundry load. Laundromat has 3 machine sizes – 10 kg, 15 kg, and 20 kg.
- Put your laundry into the selected washer and close the door.
- Go to the payment terminal and select your desired wash program and temperature. You can also select additional programs. All wash programs include detergent and fabric softener. Do not use your own detergent!
- Pay for the service at the payment terminal or using the app. If you are a regular customer, use your Laundromat loyalty card. You can also pay with cash.
- Return to the washer and press the start button. The wash cycle takes about 30 minutes.
- When the wash program finishes, empty the washer, checking carefully and making sure nothing is left inside.
- Place your washed clothes in the selected dryer. You can use the available Laundromat baskets to move your laundry from the washers to the dryers.
- Go to the payment terminal and select your desired drying program.
- Pay for the service at the payment terminal or using the app. If you are a regular customer, use your Laundromat loyalty card. You can also pay with cash.
