Self-service laundry, a service that has long been popular around the world, is now available in Poland, too, in modern premises equipped with energy-efficient and incredibly fast washing and drying appliances.

LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats are accessible to everyone, with very good prices, starting from 29 PLN. Moreover, loyalty cards are available to regular customers of LAUNDROMAT, which will make doing laundry even more cost-efficient!

Customer Card
You can purchase a Customer Card at any Laundromat location via the payment terminal.
The price of the card is 100 zł, which is fully credited to your client card.
When paying with the Customer Card, a 50% discount will be applied automatically to all services.
The discount is also available to existing Customer Card holders.

Mobile App Use the Girbau Sapphire Laundry Pay app, available for download on the App Store or Google Play.
A 50% discount will be automatically applied in the app - prices will already reflect the discounted amount.

How to use the app:

Download the Sapphire Laundry Pay app.
Register as a new user.
Scan the QR code of the location - each Laundromat has a unique QR code, available on-site.
Start using the machines - just like at the payment terminal: select a machine, choose a program, and pay with your card.

The discount also applies to existing app users.

Note: The 50% discount does not apply to the purchase of Customer Cards.

Please read the LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromat terms and conditions. Do not wash or dry textiles or other items that are not allowed to be washed or dried in the LAUNDROMAT.

LAUNDROMAT recommendations for washing and drying

Choose the size of washing machine you need for the amount of your laundry. LAUNDROMAT has 3 sizes of washing machines – 10 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg.
Put your laundry in the washing machine of your choice and close the washing machine door.
Select the desired washing programme and temperature. You can also choose from additional programmes. All washing programmes include detergent and fabric softener. Do not use your own detergent!
On the payment machine, select the washing machine of your choice and pay for the service. If you are a regular customer, use the LAUNDROMAT loyalty card.
The washing cycle is about 30 minutes.
When the washing programme is finished, empty the washing machine, checking carefully to make sure nothing has been left in the machine.

Place the washed clothes in the dryer of your choice. You can use the LAUNDROMAT laundry baskets available for transferring laundry from washing machines to dryers.
Select the desired drying programme.
On the payment machine, select the dryer of your choice and pay for the service. If you are a regular customer, use the LAUNDROMAT loyalty card.
The drying cycle is about 15 minutes.
When the drying programme is finished, empty the dryer, checking carefully to make sure nothing has been left in the dryer.

Sort the clothes before washing. Wash white clothes separately from coloured and dark clothes.
Before washing, check if there are any items left in the pockets of the clothes to be washed.
It is always a good idea to close the zippers of the clothes to be washed.
It is recommended to turn some clothes inside out for more gentle washing.
Choose the lowest possible washing temperature to ensure that your clothes last as long as possible.
For delicate or very small garments, such as children’s socks, a special laundry wash bag is recommended.
Dryer balls are recommended for drying down clothing. They help to agitate the down insulation and the garment regains its airiness and lightness.
Always check carefully before and after washing or drying to make sure there are no items of clothing left in the washing machine or dryer.
